Guided by a professional barista of Juro Coffee, Aryo Sanjaya and Chef Nuril Fadilla of KFL, the workshop was an engaging mix of education, interaction, and creativity.

The workshop began with a deep dive into coffee’s diverse world, exploring the coffee bean variants, aromas, and characteristics such as Brazilian, Toraja, Arabica, Robusta, and Gayo. Participants also learned about different brewing methods, including the Vietnam Drip technique and espresso preparation. The barista demonstrated the precision and skill involved in crafting a perfect cup, leaving attendees with practical knowledge and inspiration to innovate.

One of the highlights was the barista’s signature coffee creation called “Fuji.” This apple-flavored coffee, topped with whipped cream, showcased the potential of combining fruity and creamy flavors. It was a delicious reminder that creativity knows no bounds when it comes to coffee.
