Technical Sales Account Manager

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled candidate to lead our B2B sales efforts, especially in food seasonings and ingredients. This role involves developing strong client relationships, understanding technical product specifications, and driving sales growth in both existing and new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client relationships, focusing on technical support and product specifications.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the B2B food sector.
  • Collaborate with R&D to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide technical product presentations and training to clients.
  • Meet sales targets through strategic account management. 
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecast sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales within the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of food ingredients and B2B sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to translate technical specifications into client-friendly solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Preferred:

  • Experience with food product formulation and technical presentations.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
